Employer Registration
As the new policy start from April 2017, all the employer who want to hire foreign employee, need to register first, for the Employer Registration, these documents required:
- Color scan copy of company business license and Approval Certificates(If WFOE)
- Color scan copy of company HR people ID, Tel, Company address、Email
- Company Legal Representative Passport/ID copy
- Company Tel, Address、Email
- Stamp on necessary application form
Diploma Verification
For Working Permit new application and transfer process, the government need you to provide the diploma verification or notarization by China Embassy/Consulate, VisaOfChina offer the diploma verification service and you just need to send us these documents:
- Your passport copy
- Your diploma copy
- Your transcript(if possible)
- A 2-inch photo(scan version)
- If you study in different country also need to provide the student visa page copy
